Tauranga Shuttles Terms of use

These Terms of use constitutes of an agreement between you and the Tauranga Shuttles. Use of the Tauranga Shuttles indicates the unconditional acceptance of below mentioned terms and conditions.

• Shuttle will be provided on the basis of availability.
• You must allow sufficient time while booking your shuttle for any delay caused by the traffic or weather conditions.
• Tauranga Shuttles shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passenger/s are not ready at time of pickup.
• The customer will be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the shuttle during the journey.
• The Tauranga Shuttles may change these terms of use at any time by posting changes online.
